Andy has a Ph.D. in Education and more than twenty years of experience leading educational and organizational projects. Throughout a career dedicated to learning, leadership, and helping people succeed, the focus has remained the same: creating meaningful opportunities for growth and lifelong learning.

Alexandra is a bilingual elementary school librarian with extensive experience connecting children and families with books that inspire curiosity, imagination, and a love of reading. With expertise in children's literature, literacy development, and serving diverse communities, she understands how to match the right books with each child's interests, language, and reading level.
